Return Process

  Place the items in their original garment bags with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is free from makeup marks or perfumes.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
